Covid-19 Vaccination Information

You must register with the NH Dept. of Health to schedule a vaccination. The registration site for Phase 1b will open on January 22 and vaccinations will start on January 26. 

 

A person meeting the criteria can register by going to: www.nh.gov/covid19, or by calling 2-1-1. Once you register, if doing so online, you will receive an email with a link to schedule an appointment. To determine which phase you are in there is an interactive questionnaire at: www.vaccines.nh.gov, or you can view the current Vaccination Phasing Schedule here.

Phase 1b:

People 65 years of age or older

Medically vulnerable at significantly higher risk with 2 or more conditions

Family caregivers of those medically vulnerable age 16 or above.

Residents and staff of residential facilities for persons with intellectual or developmental disabilities

Corrections officers and staff working in correctional facilities

First responders and health workers not already vaccinated
