Updated Community Development and Fire Department Fee Schedules

The Amherst Board of Selectmen adopted updated Community Development and Fire Department fee schedules on August 10, 2026. The new fee schedules are effective August 11, 2026.
The updated schedules include fees associated with Building, Planning and Land Use, Zoning, and Fire Department permits, inspections, and applications.
Residents, property owners, contractors, and applicants are encouraged to review the updated fee schedules prior to submitting applications or permit requests.
The updated fee schedules are available on the Town of Amherst website through the Community Development and Fire Department webpages.
