Old Home Day

Old Home Day is back! Join the Amherst Historical Society on the Green Saturday, September 12, from 10:00 am - 3:00 pm. 

There will be craft demonstrations, cheerleaders, music from the Amherst Town Band, a family picnic (come support the Amherst Fire Rescue Association!), a revolutionary storybook walk, historic tours including the Congregational Church (1774), and perhaps your final chance for the special 2026 Amherst Suncatchers!

And of course, GAME ON! – from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm, the Amherst Recreation Department will bring some exciting and just plain fun games for all ages to the Green!
