departmental project request forms/Spreadsheets; 

copies of Capital Improvement Plan FY 2027- 2032;

copies of CIP Procedures Handbook.

Discuss proposed schedule of meetings:meetings with Department Heads

September 9th; Town, DPW/PD/REC/FD

September 16th; School

put together plan - September 23rd  

September 30th – CIP Committee public hearing to adopt plan.

Project request forms will go to Planning Board at their September 16th meeting for review and comment.

CIP plan to BOS and Ways and Means after adoption.
