Marriage Licenses

Application is made at the Town Clerk's Office for a marriage license. The fee for the license is $45.00 and is good for ninety (90) days from the date of filing. No blood test is required. A certified copy of a divorce decree or death certificate is required if applicable. There is a three (3) day waiting period from the time the license is applied for until the wedding may take place.
