Jim Bowen has live in Amherst since 1984. He is the project manager for the new addition to PMEC. He has worked as an engineer and research physicist in electronics, optics, and magnetic recording for about 30 years. Jim is currently retired. He is a nationally ranked competitive ski racer. His ACC interests include trail construction and maintenance, land acquisition, and work on the Amherst Master Plan.
