Town of Amherst Board of Selectmen February 15, 2006 Meeting Minutes

Chairman Marilyn Peterman called the meeting to order at 8:09 a.m.  Selectmen present:  George Infanti, Bruce Bowler and Thomas Grella. 

Non-Public Session

Upon a unanimous roll call vote, the Board entered non-public session at 8:09 a.m. under RSA 91-A:3 II (a) personnel.

While in non-public session the Board announced to the Department Heads and Town Hall staff who they had chosen to be the next Town Administrator.  They had asked the employees not say anything until the Selectmen made the announcement that evening live on Access TV. 

The Board exited non-public session at 8:30 a.m.
