Town of Amherst Board of Selectmen February 15, 2006 Meeting Minutes

Chairman Marilyn Peterman called the meeting to order at 7:05 p.m.  Selectmen present:  Bruce Bowler, George Infanti and Thomas Grella. 

Mrs. Peterman announced that their new Town Administrator was Gary MacGuire.  Mr. Bowler moved to appoint Mr. MacGuire, second by Mr. Infanti.  Vote: 4 to 0 in favor. 

After brief comments were made by Mr. MacGuire, the Board adjourned the meeting at 7:15 p.m.
