Chairman Bruce Bowler called the meeting to order at 6:35 p.m. Selectmen present: George Infanti, Reed Panasiti, Thomas Grella and Jay Dinkel. Also present was Town Administrator Gary MacGuire.
The Board unanimously approved the appointment of Kathy Brundage as a Library Trustee for the vacancy created by the resignation of Robert Lown. Ms. Brundage was the recommendation of the Library Trustees. Her appointment is valid until the March 2007 Town Election.
Following the recommendation of Town Counsel, the Board affirmed their previous action of granting the Corriveau family a refund on their overpayment of taxes due to a Town error.
The Board considered the sale of Town property at 31 Greenwood Road which had been put out to bid. The sole bid was opened on December 22, 2006 from Mr. and Mrs. Vito Augello, abutters to the property. The bid was for $11,050. It was moved by Mr. Infanti and seconded by Mr. Dinkel to accept the Augello bid. Vote: Unanimous.
The Board entered a work session to discuss final 08 Budget adjustments. The Board agreed to place a part time EMS salary adjustment in the operating budget. The Board agreed to increase a proposed warrant article seeking funds for public access television equipment from $10,000 to $25,000. After much discussion, the Board agreed to $40,214 in overall budget reductions as follows:

The Board discussed the proposed warrant articles and made no decisions at this time.
Mr. Infanti moved to adjourn the meeting at 9:33 p.m., second by Mr. Dinkel. Vote: Unanimous.
