Town of Amherst Board of Selectmen January 13, 2006 Meeting Minutes

Chairman Marilyn Peterman called the meeting to order at 5:10 p.m.  Selectmen present: Thomas Grella, George Infanti, Jay Dinkel and Bruce Bowler.  Also present Acting Town Administrator Gary MacGuire.

Non-Public Session

Upon a roll call vote the Board entered non-public session at 5:10 p.m. under RSA 91-A:3 II (a).

While in non-public session, the Board discussed the hiring process for the Town Administrator’s position.

Upon a motion made and duly seconded, the Board adjourned the meeting at 7:50 p.m.
