• Domestic Animals Ordinance: Adopted June 6, 2005
• Cemetery Rules and Regulations: Adopted February 6, 2002, amended june 9, 2005
• 2008 Zoning Ordinances (Section A only): Amherst zoning regulations, including all 2008 updates.
• 2007 Zoning Ordinances (For Sections B-J): All 2007 Amherst zoning regulations. • Winter Parking Ban: In effect from November 1 to April 1.
• Driveway Regulations: Permits are required to construct, pave, repave, or relocate a driveway within the town right of way.
