Federal Emergency Management Agency: FEMA's continuing mission within the new department is to lead the effort to prepare the nation for all hazards and effectively manage federal response and recovery efforts following any national incident.
Centers for Disease Control and Prevention: A principal agency in the United States government for protecting the health and safety of all Americans. Red Cross: Since its founding in 1881, the American Red Cross has been the nation's premier emergency response organization.
